Refund & Return Policy

Because each order is prepared and shipped with care, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Not purchasing the protection/warranty plan
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

Warranty / Protection Plan

Customers who purchase our optional protection plan may be eligible for a replacement or refund if their item arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within the covered warranty period.

If you did not purchase the protection plan, your order is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement unless required by law.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A photo of the shipping label/package

We will review the claim and decide whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is final and that refunds are only available under the conditions listed above.
