We ship worldwide.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days depending on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking details if tracking is available for your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for tracking to update. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
